Making Things a Little Easier
My mom and dad came over for dinner a few weeks ago, and while they were here, my dad told me that he had something that he wanted to show me. I asked him what it was, and he said that he had been reading over a few help desk software reviews, and he was thinking about changing things up on the website to make things easier for the customers when they need help with something. I told him that it sounded like a great idea, and I would be glad to help him out if he needed anything from me.
