train for the sake of it.
I have started doing a whole lot of fitness training for no other reason then I enjoy the fitness benefits. You see i have just renewed my membership to bjj sydney which entitles me to another year of full training gym access and a personalised program. Now i don’t know why i train so much but it just makes me feel so much healthier and happier at work when i have just done or i know I’m going to do a workout session that day. I have improved my health and flexibility an amazing amount and i am very excited each time i train.
