Embarking On Muscle Building Regimen

I have begun  my big changes in the way I take care of myself and this time I have very focused goals to work toward. I am going to be giving far more emphasis to the part of working out that deals with muscle building and that is the change I am making. Before I was a bit scattered in my activities with no real focal point. I used to play tennis, go biking and then run or swim when I was looking for something different. This time I will have a clear schedule that can be followed to reach goals that will show up on a measuring tape.
