Be Committed To Change

You could drop as much as 20 pounds in a week following a very ambitious eating and exercise plan.  You can even lose beer gut fat following that same type of plan, but you must be committed to changing your eating habits as well as many other personality traits.  This is never easy, but it is very do-able especially if you have a strong support group who are behind you with encouragement and understanding.  If will never work to lose your beer gut if all of your friends are heavy beer drinkers, therefore sit down and make a list of what is really important to you.
