To sell or not
We have been thinking quite carefully recently as to whether or not we want to add our place to the list of south african property for sale seeing as the market has been a bit slow as of late. We are in no particular rush to sell however it would be nice as we have plans to make a move overseas. Having spoken to an agent just the other day, she seems quite confident that the market will start moving quickly again soon, so I guess we will just see how it goes and make the decision at a later date depending on what happens.
