People, Politics, and Unity
That people are ready to sacrifice their time and energy among other resources, first to register and then to vote, shows a nation whose people have agreed to walk and work together as one irrespective of social or cultural bifurcations of ethnic and tribal lines, belief, education, political affiliation and economic status. At many of the registration centers and polling centers, participants showed that they were ready to dip with all energy into corn holes, so to speak. They sacrificed sort-term gratifications bribery, deception, manipulations for long term gratification of nationhood; a just society for all, a society where the interest of an individual is the concern of everyone and the interest of everyone is the concern of every individual.
