Taurus International Manufacturing, Inc. is a weapon producer based in Porto Alegre, Brazil. Taurus specializes in gun weaponry. This small company began over 60 years ago as “Forjas Taurus” which translates to Taurus Forge. They manufactured their very first revolver in 1941. In 1982, Taurus opened up a sister company in Miami, Florida. They weren’t very popular when they first came to the United States, but soon they became a well known company. Taurus manufactures and sells revolvers, pistols, rifles, and gun ammunition. Taurus also manufactures and sells gun accessories like grips, scopes, scope mount bases, and magazines for guns.
