Birthday Flowers for Mom
My mother lives on the opposite side of the country from me. This of course places certain restrictions on our time spent together, particularly for special occasions. This year for her birthday, I was feeling really sad about not being able to spend it with her. I wanted to let her know that I missed her, but obviously could not do so in person. While browsing the Internet one day I came across an advertisement for birthday flowers. I knew that they would be the perfect gift to send my mother on her birthday to let her know I was thinking about her. I ordered a beautiful bouquet and they were delivered the next day.
