If you are moving out for the first time into an apartment, there are a few things that you should know before you get too far into it.  The first thing is that getting all of your normal household stuff up stairs or into an elevator is not going to be possible.  That’s just part of the way it is, and that means you’ll need to look at purchasing some apartment furniture.  That advantage is that that stuff is designed just for apartments, and usually is multi functional as well to give you more space without sacrificing the space that you already have.
