Importance of Lubrication
Lubrication is very important for automated garage doors because there are too many moving parts working inside these doors and if they get dry then, your whole door will start to malfunction. Lubrication is not very complex job and you can do it without any professional help. You just need to open the main box of your door which is usually located above the door, and locate moving parts like pulleys, springs and others. Once you locate these parts then, lubricate them with a brush but do not over lubricate them as it will make them greasy and they will start to experience jerks.
