The only way to diet, which is not really a diet, is more like a way of life. If you want a way of life that may require a little self control and perhaps a little hard work but will definitely give you the results that you want in terms of your body shape, then try a Medical Diet Plan. There is no reason to purge yourself of your favorite foods and you can still enjoy a day or two off a week without having to workout. The only right way to diet is to make it a way of life and to make it healthy.
