Keep A strong Lower Back
Having a strong lower back is very important to how you will perform at your work and also how you will perform in general every day physical activity. If you are carfull with how you workout then you can get and keep a strong healthy, injury free lower back. Here are a couple of things you can do to keep it strpong. Hyper extensions are a great exercise for your lower back. They are also safe tp perform. I like to do them with the resistance of a weigght plate to aid in hte exercise. I like the idea of home exercises for your lower back. Like doing deadlifts.
