Getting More Energy

I used to be tired all the time, and I never had the energy to do anything more than eat, sleep, and work. I finally looked into possible solutions for how to stop feeling tired all the time and I found something that worked. I had already tried sleeping more and using caffeine, but this just didn’t solve the problem. In fact, I might have ended up sleeping too much. I just didn’t know what else to do. I am glad I didn’t give up though and spent the time and effort necessary to find a real solution so that now I have energy again.
