Getting hard abs some people believe is just impossible. Yes it is tough and does require disipline but it is by no means impossible. Arming yourself with proper exercise and dietry information is more important than doing all those ab crunches when fighting for good abs.
The secret to getting good abs lies in cardio and not just focusing on ab exercises. Sprints, weight training, squats etc go along way in helping build up those abs. Stay away form threadmills is probabal the best advice i can give you. Threadmills are not as effective as natural jogging and sprinting. Kettlebells are another great form of ab strengthening exercise.
