When we first started looking for a fulfillment house we were told that they were in the business of delivering solutions.   We were not looking for solutions,  just order fulfillment and we were able to get so much more.  The people at AMS that we worked with all had a lot of experience in doing what they are doing.   We had a lot of questions about actual production line items and how they could help in getting our orders out.  Their experienced people and systems were able to cut to the chase and come up with the solutions they had advertised.  I guess they do deliver solutions.
