On the side of having a real estate license, you’ll receive many benefits. Like being able to go through the multiple listing service at your leseire. You can also submit your own offers yourself. And you’ll have a broker by your side to help you when you need it.
On the other hand, it does cost some money, time and hassle to get a license. You have to have some education, take a test, fill out app(s), and pay some fees, but in the end, if you have your license, you can make all this back…sometimes even on the first deal you close.
