I Think It’s Time to Hire a CFO
I started my own company a few years back and have been thinking that I am overdue to hire a CFO. It seems like one of those things that’s an “extra” for a new business. There always seems to be something more pressing than hiring an overpriced CFO to do things I can probably do. Okay, I guess that’s the word, probably. I think that means that I really do need a CFO. If only I could find a CFO that I could use for a little but not have to pay full time. A CFO that could help train my own employees so that we can make the most profit available.
