Goals for the Future
I just received my high school diploma, and I will be going to college in the fall. I told my parents that I wanted to become a patent attorney. They were surprised, since I haven’t always been that serious about school. I told them that I would prove them wrong and would be majoring in engineering. I realized that I needed to get serious about my future. I didn’t want to be in my mid-twenties, living at home, with a low paying job. Whenever I did decide to get married and raise a family, I wanted to be sure I could provide for them.
