Have you ever dreamed a wonderful dream and in the dream you were rich and you were able to get your money for nothing and your property for free okay, okay I am being a bit silly, but that is the title of a book that is sold by a well known property investor.  The idea of it is that as long as you are prepared to buy and property and hold on to it for the long term and don’t get tempted to sell it, then long term it would have been as if your property for free.  It is a bit long winded to go into the maths behind it, but the truth is that it does actually make sense.  So, now you need to go out and by property and it will be free?  Well, maybe…
