Living an Honorable Life
My wife and I have been working for a number of different talent agencies for a while now, and we found that there are a lot of unhappy artists out there. Ever since I read this Talent Agency Book by Randy Charach, I decided that I would some day start my own agency so I could treat the artists right, but also treat the other parties right as well. I figure that having an honorable business is the best way to succeed in this industry. It may not be the fastest, but we will last for a good long while, and people will want to work with us.
