Cara Elizabeth DioGardi – A Shining Star
Kara Dioguardi is a U.S born person who is a brilliant record producer, amongst other professions. DioGardi has been ascribed to the release of over 120 albums. She is also an executive of Talent Development for WB. Presently, she is mostly recognized as a judge on the hit TV program American Idol. On Idol she collaborated with colleague judge Paula Abdul on some of the songs sung by certain contestants. For season 8’s finale, she performed onstage, surprising the audience by ripping off her dress and showing off her bikini underneath. DioGaurdi essentially writes soft rock. She has a songwriting list of a multitude of songs, of which in excess of two hundred have been released on major labels worldwide, and in excess of almost 200 are on top selling albums. Her songs have been featured in major motion pictures, TV shows, in scores, and on radio, as well as national and international commercial campaigns. She has worked with artists such as Katherine MacPhee and Hillary Duff. She splits her time between Maine and Los Angeles.
